We want to be sure that we keep these relationships strong. To keep our clients happy, here are a few things that are important to us:
We try and keep it simple, especially in an industry where fees never are! We charge a fee based upon a range of employees and do not nickel-and-dime our clients for “add-on” services. The advisor can choose the investment arrangement for the plan to keep the fees as low as possible. We do not keep revenue sharing to affect our bottom line. We allow the advisor and Plan Sponsor to determine how it should be used – as fee equalization or fee offset.
