Currently Seeking an Experienced Compliance Professional

We’re seeking a Senior Compliance Professional to:
- Be a Leader & Manage: Work within our Compliance team and independently, ensuring seamless workflow and task completion within deadlines.
- Analyze & Calculate: Review census data, determine eligibility, and optimize employer contribution scenarios using safe harbor, profit-sharing, and more.
- Ensure Compliance: Perform and interpret compliance testing (ADP/ACP, 410(b), 401(a)(4), top-heavy, etc.), prepare compliance packages, and keep abreast of ERISA and other federal regulations.
- Innovate & Strategize: Develop/refine processes, drive efficiencies, engage in leadership development, and participate in strategic planning to meet long-term company goals.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, or a similar field (preferred).
- 10+ years of 401(k) plan administration experience, with a focus on compliance.
- Industry designation such as QKA, APA, QKC, QPA, or CPC.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with platforms like QuickBooks, Adobe, and TPA/custodian-specific systems. (SRT/ASC experience is a plus!)

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and explain complex compliance issues with clarity.
