1. Relationship Manager - Admin Only As a Relationship Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the administration of 401(k) plans, ensuring smooth operations and providing high-level support to employers, plan participants, and advisors. This role demands attention to detail, a client-centric focus, and advanced administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage communication with clients, advisors, and participants, ensuring timely and accurate plan information.

Perform complex trust accounting and reconcile year-end financials.
-
Handle payroll uploads, compliance testing, and prepare Form 5500s.
-
Provide troubleshooting and resolve discrepancies with clients and advisors.
-
Lead projects within the team, manage multiple priorities, and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience in 401(k) plan administration.
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other related platforms.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
-
QKA/QPA designation a plus.
2. Distribution Specialist As an Experienced Distribution Specialist, you’ll be the go-to contact for clients and participants regarding distribution and loan requests. You will ensure compliance, oversee distribution-related projects, and maintain strong client relationships while managing sensitive data with the utmost professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle client, advisor, and participant inquiries regarding distribution and loan requests.

Review distribution paperwork for completeness and compliance.
-
Process various distributions (lump-sum, hardship, RMDs, etc.) and oversee force-out processes.

Manage 1099R reporting and engage in operations meetings to identify operational issues.
-
Lead distribution projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely execution.
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of experience in a retirement plan services or financial services environment.

Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive information.
-
Retirement Plan Fundamentals or NIPPA Distribution Certification a plus.
