The day after Labor Day was previously designated as “401(k)/403(b) Day” by the Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA). Now the PSCA considers every day as “401(k)/403(b) Day.” In honor of whatever day you are celebrating, take time to give thanks for your family, friends, employers, employees, and anyone whom you are better off for knowing. Everyday there are a myriad of reasons for us to disagree and fight. Let’s resolve to focus on the myriad of reasons to agree and be at peace: love, faith, friendship, duty, honor, and freedom. Unity does not mean agreement. It does mean acceptance.
