The Most Valuable Professional (MVP) of the Month is a peer-nominated program where staff can vote for their teammate who has gone above and beyond the already high service standards at MVP.  Often people are recognized for their willingness to step up and help others, lead with a positive attitude, make suggestions and implement process improvements, offer exceptional service to clients/advisors/other MVPers, and/or consistently meet/exceed goals.

For September, Elizabeth “Beth” Damiano was voted our MVP. Beth has been progressing in her training for mastery of retirement plan compliance while she also helped train new MVPer Michelle Hunzaker on payroll. She is consistently meeting and exceeding her goals while taking time to help others, all with a smile and positive attitude. Don’t let her quiet demeanor fool you…Beth is extremely driven and strives for excellence, and we’re lucky to have her.
