While Secure 2.0 has brought about sweeping changes to the retirement plan landscape, most provisions in the bill require additional regulatory guidance before they can be utilized effectively and compliantly. As a reference point, the original Secure Act was passed in December 2019 and guidance is still forthcoming on some important provisions in that bill including the new rules for long-term part-time employees. MVP continues to actively monitor and implement the guidance as it becomes available. We will continue to inform you as new guidance is issued.
