Britney Swanson

Britney joined MVP as an Associate Relationship Manager, working closely with the Senior Consultant for Middle Markets to build strong client relationships and address the unique needs of our middle-market clientele. Her dedication and eagerness to expand her expertise led her to transition into her current role as a Distributions Specialist, where she plays a key role in supporting our clients’ distribution processes.

During her time in college, she was recognized for her academic excellence, earning Alpha Sigma Lambda honors and securing a spot on the Dean’s List every semester. She secured the Retirement Plan Fundamentals certification and plans to further enhance her 401(k) knowledge through ASPPA.

With a background in business management and customer service, Britney brings energy, dedication, and a strong work ethic to her role. She lives in Upstate New York with her husband and their cat, Max. A passionate Syracuse Orange basketball fan, she attends as many games as possible. In her free time, Britney enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, fishing, and making the most of sunny days.
