Erin McLuckie, QKA

Erin began her career with MVP as our first Associate Relationship Manager supporting our Relationship Managers in a broad spectrum of tasks ultimately allowing the them to focus on building the core relationships that make this company successful. Through her career development path, Erin moved into the Payroll Specialist position and most recenty as the Payroll Manager.  As the Payroll Manager, in addition to monitoring submitted payrolls, troubleshooting issues, training clients, assisting with questions, she manages the payroll operation within MVP.  Staying up to date with latest technologies, creating efficiencies and managing the workflow of others within the department. 

Erin is a graduate of SUNY Brockport with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology.  In October 2022, she was awarded the 2022 ASPPA PenChecks Trust Scholarship and is currently working on her QKA credential. Along with many attriibutes, she brings with her an extensive history working with Medicare insurance appeals. In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors, enjoying the beauty that Upstate New York has to offer while hiking and camping.
