Erin McLuckie, QKA

Erin began her journey with MVP as the first Associate Relationship Manager, where she played a pivotal role in supporting Relationship Managers across various tasks, allowing them to focus on nurturing the key relationships that drive the company’s success. Over time, Erin advanced into the Payroll Specialist role and, most recently, became the Payroll Manager.

In her current position, Erin oversees the payroll operations at MVP, ensuring smooth payroll submissions, troubleshooting issues, training clients, responding to inquiries, creating efficiencies and managing the workflow within the department.

Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from SUNY Brockport. In 2024, she earned her QKA credential, following her recognition as the recipient of the 2022 ASPPA PenChecks Trust Scholarship. Along with many attributes, Erin brings valuable experience from her background in Medicare insurance appeals.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors, hiking, camping and enjoying the natural beauty of Upstate New York.
